The brief
Three years of salt air had destroyed the original exterior installation. Nearly every fitting had failed.
Our approach
The site assessment showed the original specification used coated aluminium in a marine zone. We replaced with 316L stainless throughout, IP67 in planting, with gasket systems rated for irrigation and a documented annual inspection routine.
The outcome
Three years on, no corrosion failures have been recorded. Attic stock remains unopened.
