Before you write
Questions we are asked most
Yes. We work as both lighting designer and supplier, which means the product that gets installed is
the product that was calculated. Clients who already have a designer appointed can engage us for
supply alone.
Frequently. We review the issued design, model it against real photometry and report where it will
and will not deliver. Where the intent is sound we supply against it; where it is not, we say so with
the calculations to support it.
Stocked ranges typically ship within two to three weeks. European project product runs six to ten
weeks, and bespoke fabrication twelve to twenty. We confirm dates against your programme before
anything is committed.
Yes. You contact us rather than the factory. We hold the purchase records, raise the claim and
coordinate the replacement for the full warranty period.
The UAE is our core market, with regular project work across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and
Kuwait. Design work is delivered remotely worldwide.
No. We work on single rooms and on towers. What matters is that the scope is clear enough for us to
be genuinely useful within it.
