The brief
A campus built in phases had accumulated four incompatible control systems and a spares inventory nobody could reconcile.
Our approach
We rationalised the luminaire schedule from 96 types to 31, specified a single DALI-2 backbone with gateways per building, and issued a consolidated attic stock schedule the facilities team could actually order against.
The outcome
Maintenance response times halved, and the spares holding fell by roughly two-thirds in value.
