The brief
The operator wanted the property to feel materially different at breakfast and at midnight, without staff having to touch a control panel.
Our approach
Six scenes per public area run on an astronomical time clock so transitions track sunset through the year. Everything front-of-house dims to 2200K. Guest rooms have a four-button bedside panel with a night path that never exceeds five per cent.
The outcome
Guest feedback specifically mentioning lighting and atmosphere has become a recurring theme in the property's reviews.

Most projects start with a plan and a conversation about how the space should feel. That is enough for us to be useful.
