The brief
Failing halogen and early LED across sixty-eight villas, with no closure window available in a property running at high occupancy.
Our approach
A site assessment established which existing housings could be retained, allowing a retrofit path that avoided ceiling works in most rooms. Villas were re-lit in blocks of four during natural occupancy gaps.
The outcome
The property never dropped a key from sale. Energy use across the villas fell by just under half.
